MOTOR UNITS

Special voltage and speed can be made up as per your specifications. Electric motors are totally enclosed, fan-cooled. Supplied with a push-button starter.

FLEXIBLE DRIVES

A full range of metallic covered drives is available. We also supply different lengths and diameter flexible drives suitable for the application.

HAND PIECES

Plain end handpiece D281 with 3/8”, 7/16” and ½” BSW male threads. OTT with ½”BSW and 5/8” NF male thread. OTC with ½” BSW male thread.

TT TOOL HEADS

TT tool heads supplied in three, four and five rows. Each row can be fitted with either three or four cutters. The TT tool heads must be assembled with one of each right-hand, straight and left-hand cutters on each segment or row.

TE TOOL HEADS

Designed with a round nose cutter to lead-in followed by individual rows of straight, left- and right-hand cutters. The tool heads are fitted with springs allowing the cutter arm and cutters to be pushed out to its maximum outside diameter, thus removing stubborn scale.

BRUSHES WBA

This brush is tapped straight through and can be used in either direction. A leading tube is required when the brush is used in a forward direction. A spindle is required when used in the reverse direction.

GROOVING & SLOTTING TOOLS

Grooving and slotting tools and replaceable tips for grooving and slotting tools.

NEEDLE GUN

Available needle guns.

SPECIAL SERVICES

We offer training to sugar mill supervisors and operators involved in the repairs of equipment and the cleaning of evaporator tubes. This will assist in reducing breakages, thus speeding up the evaporator cleaning process.
